Stupid State Laws - Arizona 5

Here comes another post about a state law that still exists on the books and why it is ridiculous (to see them all, click here):

Glendale, Arizona

"Cars may not be driven in reverse."

Well, this begs the question - how do you back out of a parking space?  You can't unless Glendale has somehow built their entire city with parking that you don't have to reverse out of and if that's the case, then Glendale is the most inefficient city in the world.  Probably even worse than cities that don't even have cars.  What the hell were they thinking when they came up with this one?  My only guess is that Glendale is made up of only women drivers or something (Burn!!!).  Seriously, how does this work?!?  I'm so confused, Glendale, you might have created the dumbest law I have ever seen.  That's truly an honor in my book.

"Alright rookie, what laws is this guy breaking?"
"Well, I would say he is a little young to drive."
"WRONG!  He's driving in reverse.  You have got a lot to learn, rookie."
